Altus Sign and Tracy

Altus Healing Arts:

is a center for arts and healing in the historic Mascoma Savings Bank Building, located in Chelsea, Vermont. We are at the intersection of Routes 110 and 113.

We have a visual arts and weaving studio downstairs, as well as meeting space and offices. Upstairs is the movement studio, where Yoga, Dance, Meditation and other body-based classes are held. There is also a massage table in a space to itself, where practitioners offer massage, Healing touch, Reiki, Acupressure, Shamanic Healing and Chiropractic work, all by appointment.

Altus is a project of SafeArt, and our first home for programming. We rent out the spaces for minimal fees to anyone wishing to offer an appropriate class or to lead a group. We want altus to be a friendly community space, where all sorts of activities and meetings are held. We had local producers selling bread and cheese here in the winter, and the Orange County Domestic and Sexual Violence Task Force meets here regularly, to name a few.
