Linda Boudreault – Gentle Yoga & Hatha Yoga
Linda has been practicing yoga for over 30 years and teaching for 10. She started with a focus on Iyengar yoga, a method oriented on alignment, breath and philosophy. Through this, Linda learned to teach all levels, helping her keep a connection from the foundation of yoga to the final pose. As a dressage rider, yoga enables Linda to translate her body’s movements to be a better partner with her horse, resulting in more relaxed and fluid movements. Yoga keeps her living off the mat.

Recently Kareen moved Vershire, VT, becoming a French teacher at the Mountain School, where Zumba has become a regular school activity. Kareen is certified to teach Zumba, Zumba Gold and Zumba kids. Through a community connection, she joined the SafeArt community practitioners to bring Zumba to Chelsea! Check out her Zumba facebook page.
